This Porsche 993 Carrera 4 was supplied new by Lancaster Porsche of Colchester, Essex to C16 (UK) specification which included tinted windows and metallic paint.

The exterior was finished in Midnight blue with an interior in Marble Grey leather to the seats and doorcards. Carpets in light grey and the dashboard, steering wheel, headlining and door cappings in black.

Options include sunroof, electrically adjustable Sports seats, 18" Technology wheels, rear window wiper, top-tinted windscreen and raised rear brake light.

Delivered new to its first owner on the 28th June 1996 the car has had only three former keepers. The current owner acquired it from Porsche specialist and racer Nick Faure in January 2002 and it has been maintained by a combination of official Porsche Centres and respected specialists such as Camtune and latterly RSR Engineering.

Hampshire-based Porsche specialist RSR Engineering rebuilt the ignition system in December 2020 with new ignition caps, rotors, coil pack, HT leads and spark plugs. A new fuel injector, fuel pressure regulator and fuel filter were also fitted at that time totalling £2,126.76. A new alternator and belts were installed in January 2021 and new drop links in May 2022. The car was last serviced by RSR in May 2024 which included the installation of a pair of new exhaust silencers and heat shields. This total invoice came to £2,843.66.

The Porsche 993 Carrera 4 is now a modern classic and our example drives beautifully having covered only 72,000 miles from new. Presenting very well with largely original factory paint the car comes with its original manuals (including stamped service book) and wallet. In the boot area are the factory spare wheel, tools, jack, wheel-brace and Porsche compressor.

Also present are three keys and a history file containing many service/maintenance invoices and MOT certificates that chart the mileage covered from new.
